Warren County Soccer Academy is a volunteer run organization. Our largest organizational fundraiser is our annual tournament, the Cincy Challenge. The tournament is held around Columbus Day weekend in early October. During that weekend, every team will be assigned a job to do with shifts that must be filled by the team parents, family members or friends.
Each family U8-U15 is required to volunteer a minimum of 5 hours that weekend (normally 2 shifts). High school families are required to volunteer 2 ½ hours (1 shift) at either the Cincy Challenge or the WCSA Invitational (May). The success of the tournament depends upon the volunteer commitments of our families. The money made from the tournament directly benefits each player by offsetting club fees.
In addition to the tournaments, each team requires a team administrator and possibly an assistant coach for the year. Please see the coach upon selection to a team for complete information.
